Pai Gow Poker
1.) Deal: Seven cards to each player and the dealer face down.
2.) Play: You split your cards in two hands of five and two where the five-card hand has to be better than the two-card hand.
3.) Showdown: The Dealer turns his cards. You win if both of your hands are better than both of the dealer's hands. If one of your hands matches the dealer's hands the dealer wins.
